Star-Union International, located in Scarsdale, New York, is an international supplier for high quality and low cost hydraulic cylinder and components.  It has three manufacturing facilities in China: Star-Union (Shenyang) Hydraulics Co. Ltd, Jinzhou Star Hard Chrome Co. Ltd and Tianjin Xinglian Hydraulics Co. Ltd.

 

Our main products are hydraulic cylinders and components.  Our annual production capacity include 30,000 cylinders, 300,000 hard chrome plated piston rod and 300,000 cylinder pistons and glands. We also manufacture parts and components for special vehicles.

 

Star-Union (Shenyang) Hydraulics CO., Ltd was originally the hydraulic cylinder division of Shenyang Tractor and Truck Works which had over 50 years¡¯ experience in cylinder production. Located in Shenyang Economic and Technology Development Zone it occupies an area of 20,000©O. Its processing equipment include boring and milling machine, honing machine, work center and CNC machines. It has the advanced heat treatment lines, piston rod machining lines, cylinder component cleaning lines, cylinder assembly lines and printing line. It also has computer controlled automatic dioxide welding, MIG welding and friction welding equipment. Its quality control includes front end testing devices and process such as hydraulic cylinder testing stand, salt spray lab and metal lab.

 

The Jinzhou Star Hard Chrome CO., Ltd. locates in Beizhen, Liaoning province, is 120 km west of Shenyang. It has two computer controlled automatic plating lines with 16 plating tanks. Its hard chrome passes 96 hours of salt spray test.
